20231111 阿原從國民健康署吳昭軍署長手中接到感謝狀，感慨，一定是阿原對食品領域付出的不夠多

感慨內容跟去年 (2022-11-19) 一樣，請見阿原沒資格感慨，只因阿原努力不夠--接到感謝狀是印著國健署長，不是食藥署長

去年從副署長手上接到感謝狀，今年則是署長，就是感謝狀上的長官。

(11/12 1952 pm 想到，也許，阿原會先從美國食藥署或歐盟 EFSA 長官手上接到感謝狀) (阿原的直覺，很準，除了每次都覺得自己買樂透會重頭彩)

Idea situation:

1. the software or internet application can be used on computers (Windows, macOS, Linux-like OS)

2. the software or internet application can be used on cell phones (Android, iPhone, Windows, etc.)

Top 2 Price and updating

Idea condition: Free of charge

The third consideration:

Is the software openly licensed.

After screening, I got some applications

Then I will check whether those applications are easy to install and easy to use.

1. 當我是碩士生（2000-06 ~ 2022-07），我看莊榮輝老師示範使用 ENDNOTE，我覺得很棒，對我的論文後方文獻，很方便（現在角度來看，只是寫文章有用，對研究內容沒有幫助）
2. 當我從 2006 年，停用 Windows, 改用 Linux, 我就需要新的，可以支援 Linux 的軟體。我找到 BIBUS, 心想，我也要讓其他人可以使用，所以翻譯（只是法國作者沒有採用我的翻譯）。
3. 在 2012 年，我投稿也被錄取，那個，我沒有使用編目軟體，所以修改過程，我全部手工（我的程度不會軟體嗎？）
4. 現在 2023, 我在帶專題生，我準備教國際生科學論文寫作，我的想法完全不同
