朋友反向思考：20240403 花蓮大地震少數災情，讓北部錯過危老都更的機會
不需要來攻擊我，我只是分享朋友的觀點。朋友說，這次沒有引起某地區大樓損壞，將會延後都更，我們不會遇到，但我們的孩子會遇到，到時候的死亡，可能不是幾萬人而已。
而且 YouTube 上可以看到李鴻源教授等專家一再強調，雙北老舊大樓無法承受大地震，尤其很多地方土壤液化（這有公開資料，請網友自己去查）

天災戰爭過後，多數人看到死亡與不幸，少數人看到商機--庸才與笨蛋不具抽象思考能力

去年某政論節目提到，很多國家看到戰後重建的商機，紛紛卡位。這阿原不懂，就是聽名嘴分析。
相同，台灣天災、人禍很多，多數人只能全盤接受媒體放送的訊息，無法獨立思考。
其實，天災之後的重建，對某些領域就是商機（對不少公益單位，不是商機，是奉獻服務的地方）。例如落石路段整理，政府需要播預算、發包、開標，得標的企業進行，這是台灣制度正常的事情，只不過媒體不會特別講出來，除非有弊案。
一樣，看烏克蘭戰爭，如果『只看見』兩邊士兵與平民死亡數十萬人，看到房子毀了，他們醫生心血沒了，那您不是庸才就是笨蛋 period

事件之後，有不少『專家』接受訪問，阿原聽來，大概就知道『專家』的程度在哪裡，就不公開在網路上肯定或批評。
更誇張，某節目某 doctor 居然拿著食藥署每年的食品中毒統計來解說，這絕對是大外行。
另外，到今天為止，阿原認為還是人為下毒機率不小。
這次 20240403 的花蓮大地震前，動物或天空有無異相？
多次新聞報導，例如某區域大量蚯蚓跑出地面、鳥類異常行為等。不曉得這次有無異常？
我個人相信動物可能察覺地震前兆，但人類目前無法找到高度相關的作法。
不是我故意要酸這些『民間傳說』，因為科學講究再現性，如果有高度再線性，就會被寫入教科書。

準備升級 Linux kernel 到 6.8 (from Ubuntu 23.10 with kernel 6.5)
動機：使用新筆電之後
1. 無線網卡相對不穩定
2. 筆電 webcam ，在使用 OBS 直播一段時間後會當機，其餘錄影畫面沒有異常

剛剛使用 自由軟體 Stellarium 模擬明天黃昏的星空，簡單說，軟體預測 18:20 左右才能肉眼看到水星 那有興趣的夥伴，只要西邊天空無雲，我們到生物實驗室集合，阿原會帶網遠鏡過去，我們來看水星 (mercury, 這個字也是水銀)

20240324 收到人生買的第一支簡報筆
晚上收到蝦皮買來的簡報筆 199 元（我人生購買的第一支。基本上我不用簡報筆） 剛剛測試， google office 簡報，手動放全螢幕後，可以翻上下，算是便宜好用。周一下午讓學生玩玩這個（能多接觸簡報軟硬體，都是好事，便宜我就買來玩玩）

從去年底，組長就提醒我要報名回訓，年初遇到長輩事件需要處理。後續也是雜事很多。
我常說，處理一件這類的雜事（例如報名回訓，不談後續去上課）只要 20 -30 min, 但是可能沒有心情。 又例如家裡一個衣櫃的桿子掉落，大約過了兩年，我在 2/18 才使用 30 min 修好。
原因很簡單，一來是其他事情排擠掉這類不急的事情，二來這類事情，需要靜下來動腦，這才是關鍵（不需要懂腦或上網找資料，通常很快完成）。 在台灣高等教育的現行模式，很少有機會讓學生有這類的訓練，這不是誰的錯。

翻到 20 多年前讀碩班時的手寫筆記-人生首次考托福
我常跟學生講，阿原讀國小國中時，如果有人搭時光機，過來跟阿原說：『以後您會應屆考上台大』，當時阿原應該會去報警。
如果阿原讀大學時，遇到有人說：『以後您會取得美國知名也是世界知名的康乃爾大學博士學位』，當時應該不會報警，而是心想，等我父親重樂透，我就可以出國讀書，但可能申請不到這樣等級的學校。當然，之後是拿教育部公費獎學金，去 Cornelll 完成學位。
結論： 年輕人不用劃地自限。
會不有學生反問阿原，有沒有什麼現在阿原不敢想，但幾年後可能完成的？
當然有，不好意思公開講。

我跟老闆的恩怨在前，他那次講幹話，只是恩怨的延伸。細節有機會再聊。

天才媒體的天才標題：「看一個病人比一塊雞排還便宜」北中桃近1成醫院漲掛號費--那付 100 片雞排的錢可以治療重症嗎？
我不曉得為什麼，要浪費我的生命我的時間，寫的短篇來說明天才的行為？尤其天才的目的，是要有點閱，因此透過誇大的文字標題，讓讀者點入。
就是一個掛號費，無關病人，無關醫院醫師的專業素養，醫護人員的專業服務，醫療硬體等，天才媒體，下的天才標題，讓人誤以為，看病人的費用只有掛號費，不要鬧了。
依照這樣的邏輯，如果是付 100 片雞排的錢，就可以完整治療處理嗎？ 包括大手術嗎？
天才年年有，今年還是一樣多。
