MS: 2000 - 2002, Agricultural Chemistry, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan.
Thesis: Study on the Production of Poly-γ-glutamic acid by a mutant, Bacillus subtilis NTU 710

April 2002: I won awarded a scholarship to study abroad from the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.

The keynote speaker, Helene McNulty admired Miss Yang's innovative work in sorting and comparing nutrient recommendations from three countries.

Dr. MaNulty is an elected Member of the Royal Irish Academy (since 2008) and Fellow of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (since 2017). She is co-Chair of the Executive Committee, 13th FENS European Nutrition Conference, Dublin [October 2019]
