再次不測速的三千,離我這年齡的軍人及格還有距離,但已經進步很多。前一次跑完三圈,後面七圈是用意志力。昨天的十圈,還可以,就慢慢跑,不需要用意志力撐完。

其實,我過去只要暖身快走,達到一定的情況,才會跑三千,這就樣錯失不少機會 (上次是 3/09 跑了 16 分多,再上一次是二月)。
就這樣,四、五、六、七月都沒有跑,只有快走,這樣對跑步體能沒有幫助,只會退步。
所以我就改變作法,當天體能狀態不夠好,就不測速跑完三千就好。
