There are some translation databases available. I found that the google translate gave me 90% or more correctness on chemistry and organic chemistry. Thus, last year, I used open textbook in chemistry courses.

The reason why we need to use open textbooks?
One Dollar gives some main reasons:
1. For students: They can get books with high quality and free of charge.
2. For One Dollar: I can use them while make the teaching videos/live-streaming to the public (less restrictions from copy right laws)
3. I can translate them, annotate them, and modify them (without the permission in advance).
