本來體能已經恢復很多,但上週以來近來疑似長新冠/後遺症,又咳嗽、體力欠佳(阿原平常不用午睡,這幾天精神不濟午睡一下)
今天原本非刻意要體能測驗,預計跑完 20 min 就好,從第一圈 1 m 44 s (體能比感覺的好) 第二圈,就知道可以符合軍人標準跑完三千公尺,於是,衝了!( 數字會說話,體力比個人感覺好很多)
