My plan to use sodium/calcium propionate in bakery product

 

 

 It can be a small project for undergraduate student(s) to learning what research is. 

1. From Shopee, it is about 210 NTD (I may pay it myself) 

2. From Thesis and Dissertation in Taiwan (博碩士), it was not easy to get information about how to evaluate the efficacy of propionate for elongating the shelf life of bakery products. (Most of what I got was how to detect food preservatives. And the second one was to evaluate new methods to enhance the preservation)

3. I just want to know how many days (shelf life) of the foods can be extended by using food preservatives (only about mold, not discussing quality this time). Then I got an idea: I just used the term “sodium propionate” to search for what I wanted.
