20251016 阿原健走五公里 39 m 17 sec,符合年輕軍人的標準

 

 

 

 因為操場一圈是  300 m, 進行 17 圈後去推算

 

17圈 =  5100 公尺  40 m 04 s =  2404 sec

2404 sec * (5000 m/5100 m)   =  2356.86 sec =~ 2357 sec

2357 sec =  39 min 16.86     =  39 m 17 sec---

 

中後段改成上半身往前傾斜,有點像慢跑,這樣果然快一點點

每次快走,就感覺到小腿前側的某肌肉  (查到是脛前肌) 會比較酸,運動後隔天微微酸痛

 還有骨盆外大腿肌肉(還查不到名稱)也會微微酸痛
