但今天跑 15 m 36s 不能算輕鬆,但最後還有機會可以衝刺,不過不用急著拼自己的紀錄,留到2月也可以。
若第10圈不算,最快最慢差 5 秒多 (38.27 秒 - 32.55 秒 = 5.72 秒),算是穩定,我很滿意--下次,是否有機會跑入 15 分鐘?那人生到此,運動上,沒有遺憾了。
