過了十多年，阿原又讀到美國 FDA 的 GRAS (gererally recognized as safe) 清單，這次懂更多了

 1. 可能在大二或大三的課程，第一次聽到 GRAS 的概念（也是考題）

2. 阿原在寫博士論文中，查了不少資料，當時看到不少防腐劑，居然在 GRAS 的名單當中，這讓阿原很疑惑。回台灣之後，想要請教林杰樑醫師，但阿原動作太慢，林醫師在 2013 年去見上帝了
